The direction I took away from my explorations is possibly best described like this:
On one end of the scale you have the opportunity to purely learn and on the other side you have the opportunity to purely connect. Not that you don’t connect when you learn, or learn when you connect, it’s to clarify the many touchpoints of human interaction and dialogue possible during the complete user journey of going to the Zoo.
