I was contacted by the Danish National Broadcaster about my project and they ended up doing a whole radio program devoted to the zoo manifesto. I met with one of the grand old men (well, not very old, just very experienced) in communicating all things animal. I remember watching him on TV as a kid, completely taken a back by his ability to draw animals live and tell me all about them. So when he called me I felt very honored and also nervous! I met with him at the zoo, incognito as he said, he was actually somewhat nervous about the controversy and content of my manifesto. So there we were, both nervous, which made for a great start and I liked him as much as I hoped I would! We spend a little more than an hour walking around in the zoo, while I got to explain my position and what we need to do instead of the zoo we have today.
Unfortunately the whole program is in danish, but for those who do understand, you can download the podcast on the DR website:

The program spun some interest from further medias, and some wanted me to go head to head in a live debate with the director of the Copenhagen Zoo, but unfortunately I was in Venice when all this was supposed to happen, so it never did.
